You must state the name of the voicebank in any work featuring them. Do not claim it is a different voicebank, or say that you or someone else made it.
It is also not necessary to explicitly credit adoreplica or NAVILOID, though it would be appreciated if you link back to the site.

Sexual content is permitted only for the following voicebanks: vira, Raku Yaginuma, and Tear Kowane.
Violent content is permitted.
Religious content is permitted, as long as the intent isn't to proselytize or convert others. Traditional religious carols, chants, etc. are permitted, but not with the purpose of conversion, proselytization, or preaching.
Do not create romantic content between adult characters and minor characters.
Do not create romantic and/or sexual content of vira, Meri, and Kamia Koito with male characters.
Do not create overt political content. Songs that simply have politics as one of the themes are permitted as long as they can be applied to other, broader topics or are enjoyed out of their context and by many people. Feel free to contact NAVILOID for permission if you are uncertain.
The following types of content are prohibited under all circumstances:

Criminal and illegal content
Content that depicts pedophilia, incest, sexual assault, rape, and the like solely for erotic purposes and for the sake of gratification and sexualization
Fetish content, especially if it is unsanitary
Bigotry and hateful content. Content made to harass other people is counted under this.
Violations against UTAU's usage policy

Works will be asked to be taken down if they violate these terms. Users are expected to follow and comply.

Visual depictions must be mostly accurate to their appearances. You may draw them as fatter/plus-size or with darker skin, but not thinner or with lighter skin, as long as this isn't being done for hateful or fetish content. You may also draw them in different outfits befitting of the song, but do not drastically change the base details.
Voicebanks cannot be used with images and artwork of other characters i.e. commercial voicebanks or other UTAUloids. You may use an OC or a character from existing media for a video, but do not claim the voicebank is their voice. Contact NAVILOID for further clarification if this is unclear.
Do not age down, whitewash, or genderbend the characters. Do not do this for fetish or sexual content.
Do not make derivatives or fanloids of the voicebanks and characters.
Do not edit the artwork located in the voicebank folders, and do not use them as icons on social media.
Do not make AI-generated art with the character artwork.

Contact NAVILOID and/or the voice provider of the specific voicebank if applicable for permission before using the voicebanks commercially. NAVILOID does not need any payments if one is to create commercial music with the voicebanks, but the voice providers of voicebanks not voiced by NAVILOID may have different and separate terms.
Do not use the voicebanks and character assets for NFTs or cryptocurrency.

Do not edit the voicebanks' audio files.
You may edit the configuration files, such as oto.inis or frq files. However, do not redistribute any of them; you may contact NAVILOID if there are mistakes or oversights.
You can only use these voicebanks in UTAU, meaning they should not be ported to other vocal synthesizers (i.e. DeepVocal, Diffsinger, etc.) or voice converters (i.e. Diff-SVC, RVC, etc.).
Do not make enhanced versions (i.e. VCV or CVVC, other language voicebanks, or appends) of the voicebanks through splicing. Do not use RVC or similar AI-based voice converter software to do this.

Do not redistribute the voicebanks before and after they are discontinued.
Do not share rendered singing vocals with these voicebanks if they are discontinued.
You may post work with unavailable and discontinued voicebanks.

For voicebanks that are not voiced or artificially made by NAVILOID but are distributed on this site, please refer to their TOS rather than solely this TOS. This will typically be found in the voicebank's files.
