terms of use
Please read through these terms carefully. Some details may vary between the read me files in the voicebanks, but this acts as a general guideline for all of the voicebanks hosted by NAVILOID on adoreplica.
necessary
Giving credit to the voicebank names and official material, linking back to the site if necessary. There is no need to credit NAVILOID or link to her socials directly.
permitted with permission
Ask about certain content (sexual, violent, political, and/or religious) or check the read me files of the voicebanks.
Porting to free concatenative engines and voicebank oto or FRQ editing is okay with permission. Note that directly editing the wav files is not permitted at all.
Character pairing or shipping with voicebank characters and yumeshipping (self-shipping or UTAU x UTAU) also requires permission. The other user and voicebank character must be both adults, with the user being 20+ and the voicebank character being either 20+ or with a generally adult setting.
Kinning and self-identification needs to be addressed with NAVILOID but is allowed with permission for all characters except Meri, who has it as prohibited for personal reasons.
The character settings such as biographies and descriptions are not mandatory to follow, but ask NAVILOID before changing anything.
permitted and encouraged
Making fan content (original music, music covers, fanart, fanfiction, cosplay, etc.) is encouraged, but credit the characters accordingly and do not conceal or misrepresent them. Tagging or pinging NAVILOID in fan content is also encouraged.
Depicting voicebank characters differently (i.e. genderbends, 2P/any personality changes, age changes, clothes and appearance changes, etc.) is okay, but no whitewashing or changes made for fetishization and sexualization.
Character pairings within adoreplica or with other vocal synths that are permitted to make fanmade content of are: Towa x Raku, Meri x Frimomen, Meri x Frimotan.
Contact NAVILOID directly for commercial usage and usage for doujinshi or adjacent work.
strictly prohibited
The following are prohibited: Criminal or illegal content, explicit underage sexual content, fetish content, bigotry and hateful content (including content used to harass NAVILOID, other individuals, or any group of people), and violations of UTAU's usage policy.
AI usage (e.g. SVS databases, diffsinger/NNSVS ports, RVC usage, genAI art) is not permitted with these voicebanks or voicebank characters, nor for porting of these voicebanks.
Do not splice adoreplica UTAU with other UTAU or with commercial voicebanks.
Do not combine one voicebank with another of the same character. They are separate for a reason.
Misrepresentation as a commercial and/or official product, part of an endorsement, or copyright infringement is prohibited.
Redistribution of the voicebanks at any point, especially during discontinuation is not allowed.
Do not use adoreplica UTAU with jinriki or in similar circumstances like FNF covers.
If any of these terms are violated, the user will be blacklisted.
