Allows for romaji input with a presamp file in OpenUTAU. This should be compatible with UTAU as well, but this has not been tested.

In Meri [chirp], all consonants have [y] and [w] glides, aside from [sh] [j] [dj] [ch] [cch] which lack [y] glides.
